Product Description
Propylene carbonate is a colorless, odorless, flammable and transparent liquid with a melting point of -49°C, a boiling point of 240-243°C, a refractive index of 1.4189 (20°C), a specific gravity of 1.2, a viscosity of 2.5mPa.s, and a flash point of 152°C. It's miscible with ether, acetone, benzene, ethyl acetate, etc., soluble in water and carbon tetrachloride, is an excellent polar solvent.

Product Usage
In the electronics industry, it is used to produce lithium battery and capacitor electrolyte, and is used as a plasticizer, spinning solvent, water-soluble fuel and plastic dispersant.
It is used to remove carbon dioxide from petroleum gas, petroleum cracking gas, oil field gas and synthetic ammonia raw material gas, and to synthesize dimethyl carbonate.
